Chris is a fantastic trainer who brings variety, knowledge and a challenge to all of his sessions. His movement for mums program caters for pre/post natal mamas as well as the “well-seasoned” mother! Chris is understanding of the ever-changing dynamics of being a mum, and allows for flexibility in his weekly sessions. On-site nannies are also available if you need to bring your little ones while you train. I highly recommend Chris and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him.

I am a new mum and have been training with Chris for just a few weeks but I already feel stronger and have a better appreciation of the all-important postpartum pelvic floor exercises! Chris' classes appealed to me because he has a really holistic focus on postpartum recovery, it's not just about weight loss but building strength, deep breathing, relaxation and all the things you need in your toolkit to function as a mum on a daily basis. As a personal trainer and dad himself, he is genuinely interested in our recovery so we can be the best mums we can be, and makes sure we are progressing each week. Having dedicated nannies to care for the bubs really sets the classes apart from other 'mums & bubs' offerings too, as it means us mums get to enjoy a whole hour to ourselves in the great outdoors - invaluable to my sanity!I would highly recommend Movement for Mummas to anyone who is looking for postnatal training that is structured but fun, and wants to meet a wonderful group of other like-minded mums!

I was referred to Naked Health Personal Training after visiting my women's health physiotherapist. Chris has created a program focused on mums and tailors the workout based on each individual's needs. Another huge bonus is the on-site nanny service. You can feel at ease and focus on your workout knowing that you're only a few steps away from your baby.

I’ve been training with Chris for awhile now. The on-site nannies are fabulous and my son enjoys the time with them. I’ve been training through my second pregnancy and feel amazing. Lots of prenatal information and nutrition every week from Chris and even ideas from other mums. I found Chris through someone in my mothers group. Thank god I did. I’ve never felt better at 35 weeks pregnant

I have been training with Chris in his group classes for a few months now and I couldn't recommend him enough for anyone looking into a personal trainer or mums and bubs fitness!I started at 3 months postpartum and before starting Chris spoke to me about my fitness needs and concerns at length and had tailored advice and guidance that gave me confidence to start exercising again. It's very obvious even in his group classes that he cares about and understands each person's individual needs and he promptly alters an exercise or gives alternatives where required.His knowledge and expertise extends beyond exercise and into overall health and wellness and the classes have been great for my overall health since starting!

I really love the postnatal group exercise classes Chris runs. After having a baby 7 months ago I found returning to exercise daunting as I didn't have anyone to care for my bub. Chris offers on-site nannies who care for your baby while you get an hour of exercise and me" time in with other mums. It's not only a great way to get back into exercise but a great way to connect with other mums in the area. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Every week is a new workout so you're never bored."

I've been doing group postnatal personal training classes with Chris for over 3 months and I feel much better for it on all fronts. From stretching out the aches of carrying my baby and breastfeeding, to the nice views of the beach, strengthening my new mum body again and meeting other mums and having nannies nearby to watch our kids.Chris provides a wealth of knowledge about health, fitness and nutrition which is a bonus. And while he gets you working, he's patient and tailors exercises to anyany the issues and weaknesses.
