Recently purchased 6 fans for our new build at the Riverlink store. Our sales person, Sean, was fantastic! He was so friendly and informative. He walked us through all our options and explained everything in detail so we could choose which fans suited our new house. Highly recommend asking for Sean when you visit Beacon Lighting Ipswich.

Literally the worst help, I go in to buy bulk halogen low profile light bulbs and they sell them individually which makes no sense because my house has 24 and then tells me I need to upgrade all the lights in the house to led which are more expensive, $15 individually because that's the only way to get them. Absolutely a waste of time going to their store. In the end all they are going to do is recommend you go somewhere else for light bulbs which is what they are supposed to specialise in.

I would like to thank Cate from the Ipswich Store for her outstanding service. I had made a last minute decision to install a fan during my reno. Cate sourced the fan from the Jindalee Store & dropped it off to my home the following morning. Well done Cate 5 stars & more.

Don't buy any fans with LED lights from this shop, our light stopped working after 6 months and the lady at the store couldn't find us in the system, these lights can't be replaced so need a whole new fan, will be going across the road to Ideal lighting this time!
