This business is shonky First the Web has a discounted specials price. Then when you add to cart ,no specials price just full price. Secondly you receive an email offering the specials price, try to purchase from email link, once again full price. Their management won't honour the deal and throws it back as if the problem is mine. Time to escalate to relevant bodies of fair trade media etc

Bought our first robot vacuum from here. We ran into some issues with the sensor, went back to store and Nathan promptly resolved it for us. Definitely recommend, especially if you're after excellent service.

First impressions were super positive. They have a new, purpose designed showroom that is clean and has a great layout. I received a friendly greeting the moment I walked in the door. Sales assistant knew exactly the spare parts I asked for my robot vacuum.Many different brands in the showroom with a small trial space for each. Great shopping experience - how retail should be!

To say this was the best customer service experience iv had is an understatement. I dealt with Nathan & Simon after an issue with our Deebot, it was very quickly resolved, and they always kept me in the loop. We absolutely love our Deebot Omni, it has been such a game-changer at home. Can't imagine a home without it.
