Kew General Practice

I followed my GP to this practice and I don't have any complaints. I haven't seen all the GPs here but I always had positive experiences with the ones I have seen when mine is not in. I have never been rushed out of a consultation and they have been understanding and compassionate.The ladies at reception are considerated, polite, they listen to your situation and offer good solutions, which is uncommon these days at GP practices, where staff are usually rushing and have no time or willingness to listen to patients concerns. I feel safe and welcomed every time I visit this practice.

My wife's visit to the Pathologist was distressing. This person was so rude mainly because the medical information was not emailed to her as a PDF. We will go to the Deepdene Village from now on.

My wife has finally decided to change doctors,thank goodness. Apart from being the least punctual doctors in the country, they leave elderly people to wait outside in the elements with no cover. The practice managers should be ashamed of themselves and have their license stripped.

Excellent clinic and doctors. Have been going here for years. The doctors make every effort to squeeze in urgent patients, the wait times are always reasonable, staff are attentive and friendly. What is particularly impressive is the fact that the clinic remainded open and tried their hardest to continue serving their community throughout the pandemic, particularly at times where many clinics shut down face-to-face appointments and were not interested in running covid testing facilities alongside their normal healthcare services. Qudos to the practice for taking this wholistic and community focussed approach - and providing continuing support and care. Great to have path services on site as well.

Doctors should care about clients more and follow up if they are in special situation. my wife lost her first baby. it could be a common thing for doctors but it was a shock for us. We wished doctors had have provided more information for us and had followed up our case not only when solving the problem but also after the problem was solved. That could make the service much better.

This clinic should be ASHAMED of themselves and trying to take advantage of people during a pandemic! I phoned to make a vaccine appointment and spoke with a very rude receptionist by name name of Mich, who advised that they would only book me in, if I paid to go onto their system! This is illegal to be charging for a vaccine! And to not even offer appointments unless I pay them!! The practice management really need to take a good look at their policy and not try to make an extra $65 for someone to simply be added to their database without needing a medical checkup. I am absolute dumbfounded how this clinic is taking advantage of ‘new patients’.

Went there today for a blood test.The receptionist customer’s skill is very questionable. Will not come back there at all.Wouldn’t recommended to anyone either.

Great clinic with friendly staff. Seems to run mostly on time (I haven't had to wait more than 10mins past both my appointment times).Staff were kind enough to offer my kids colouring pencils and paper to draw whilst we waited.

Great GPs. I've seen most of the GPs here and can't fault them. I have a sneaking suspicion that the negative reviews are bogus and may come from nearby sly competition on Harp road [I'm always suspicious of reviewers who only have one review].
