Have dealt with Vanessa twice so far and both times had an easy pleasant transaction with her. While they may not keep a lot in stock it is only a matter of a short wait to get the items that you want. Vanessa even went as far as to carry my items out to the Car for me while I finished my vivid check in

Great service from Vanessa and Lachlan, I can't thank them enough.The new fencing arrived on time and in good shape, I am impressed. My new garden shed arrived very quickly it was well packaged and has good instructions.This is a wonderful regional service backed by a friendly and helpful team.Thanks folks

Purchased a large shed from Stratco Post Augusta. Shed is great, very well engineered. Staff were fantastic, happy to spent the time to work through all the options plus handled all of the approvals. Couldn't ask for better a product or service.

Clunky IT let down what was otherwise 5 star price, product, and customer service. The online shop inventory didn't accurately reflect stock on hand at the particular store. Problem fixed with 2 working days but with intervening weekend adding another 2 days. No drama as I wasn't in a hurry. If time matters though ring the collection store to check the online store information saying they have the item you need in stock.
