Very bad advice by Simon. I explained that I had an allergic reaction in the past. Simon told me it's probably a 1 off and it's a 1 in a million chance and most likely won't have again. I explained my sensitive condition. Once again he recommended a hair colour that caused me a severe reaction which is worse than the last one. I have been prescribed very powerful antibiotics and Steroid tablets to get rid of the infection and irritation. I called and explained this to the Owner Simon and asked for a refund. He simply straight out refused a refund and blamed it on the manufacturer of the product. Very bad bad service and bad advice. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone. Buyer beware. He also talked bad about his competition Beautopia in Kirrawee. Very very unprofessional!!! Don't go there!!! Nightmare experience!!!!!!!

A very rude man that owns this place I did not even leave a review before when you told me I was going to get sick and die it wasn't even me otherwise I would not have come back in there you have obviously been rude to someone else ,as well and this time it is me and you are a shocker the way you speak to your customers and to your staff I believe shame on you learn some manners just horrible service

I just called the store and the lady who helped me was so lovely and helpful, such a contrast to Beautopia who always seem put out when I ask questions when they don't have prices on anything. Cant wait to go to Combined Hairdressing supplies.
