Terrible Chemist. Staff aren’t helpful at all. I took my scripts in and asked for 1 to be dispensed for 2 months as I was going to NZ. She said no we can’t do that. I said well I’ll have to take it elsewhere as it’s common sense. Not sure what the hassle was as it can’t be dispensed in NZ. Then she asked the Pharmacist who said it could be done.After returning and waiting to be served she tried to charge me a ridiculous price. I said I normally pay around $6 she said well where’s your concession card I said I don’t have one. I said I’m not paying that price. Off she went to see if I’d been there before to which I had and she argued that I have paid more than the $6 price. I had asked her to price match but she was still adamant I shouldn’t be getting it for the lower price raved on about how prices had changed and it was a new year. I’ll never return to this chemist again. How many other locals are they trying to rip off. The service is poor. Chemist Warehouse will now get my business.

First time user ordering online. I was having trouble (my fault) so rang the pharmacy. Fantastic customer service. Genuinely super friendly, super helpful person grabbed the last 2 products in stock that I was wanting, patiently walked me through the whole process, then told me if I needed anymore assistance to call back. Wow! Sooo impressed. Can’t recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

After reading google reviews I was cautious about ordering online, but did anyway, so wanted to share my experience.Ordered a fragrance online on Monday about 5pm, received immediate email confirmation.Got email that it had been shipped Tuesday afternoon and received it on Thursday morning.Product is genuine and correct and was half the price of other pharmacies & department stores.I selected standard AusPost, not express, and it only took 2 days (Gold Coast to Brisbane).Thank you :)

I cant comment on in store service as I have only ever used online ordering.I find the price for the product I regularly purchase nearly 50% LESS than every pharmacy i go to and the delivery is so quick that I only ever opt for standard delivery. It comes within days. I am in NSW and can wait a lot longer to receive something from the next suburb at times.

Giant chemist is great for any medical aids. They have a large variety and everything you need if you have injured yourself.The Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. We had Krystal come and assisted us, who gave us great tips and advice regarding a brace for myself.If you cannot find someone at your local chemist it is worth the drive to this store as it most likely will have it available.

GCHT seem to have good discounts, but hope they'd be more competitive on national Shipping offers. The Flat Fee negates any savings; and I have no reason to buy 129 bucks of products any single time to qualify free delivery. Then I end up ordering elsewhere.For more success, I'd suggest they should look into joining a cashback reward program such as CashRewards/ShopBack//TopCashback; and post listings on marketplaces like Amazon/eBay and others etc.
