We used SR Coaches daily going to and from the town and also for our airport transport - they were reliable and staff were always friendly. Shout out to Nat who always made the trips enjoyable and was extremely helpful with information and ensuring we had a good time. Will definitely be using this company next time we are in Port Douglas!

I booked my airport transfer to Port Douglas for 7 pm.I know it is a shared service but I didn’t expect to leave the airport an hour later at 8 pm.I gave a 2 star rating because the driver was lovely.

Used this service twice as I cannot drive, was going from Port Douglas to Cairns City, both drivers were good, professional and kind. Will be using again in the future, definitely recommend also fare was cheap compared to other local competitors.

We had one great experience with the driver Tassie transfering to and from the hotel. She was so lovely even when my daughter got car sickness. However we had one horrible experience with the local driver who was extremely rude to us and then kept muttering under his breath when my mother coughed a few times. He also accused us of never booking even though we had called up 5 mins prior to book and spoke on the phone to someone. He was really unaccommodating and very unfriendly. We didn't take the coach bus again our whole stay and chose to walk instead as he made us feel so uncomfortable.

Great service! Our driver was so lovely with our transfer from Cairna Airport to Port Douglas. He waited an extended amount of time when our flight was delayed late at night. I've used the other airport shuttle for years and I've always had major issues with them. SR will be my airport go to shuttle in the future :)

Fantastic shuttle service. Drivers are polite and friendly, bus are comfy. Never waited more than five minutes mostly on two or three. They pick up and drop off anywhere you require. Highly recommended.

SR is more than just Airport Shuttle, they are what Urber SHOULD HAVE BEEN here in Port Douglas. They are GREAT. Call them up and they are there when they say they will be...great charges with a whole lot of options from one way to unlimited day or week passes. Their vans are always clean, seatbelts provided on every seat. Great drivers who really know the area. I am here on holiday for two weeks from Perth WA.

Booking online was easy and price was reasonable. Driver contacted us once she was on her way. She was very friendly, helpful with the luggage. We even got to see a couple of crocodiles sunbaking on the bank of a waterway en route to Port Douglas!

An excellent experience. The pickup was right on time. The driver was very conscious of the ride he gave his passengers on the journey from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport.It was a smooth and comfortable trip. I have travelled this road many times before using several different carriers. Our driver on this occasion was the best we have experienced.
