Best Brazilian JIu Jitsu in town. Cris is brazilian with black belt heritage to the Gracie family. He is a great coach and instructor and the kids love it and the adult team is exactly that - a great team and family!

BJJ is great for my young grandsons. They seem to be more confident and chat about what they do in the sessions with Cris. It is a safe environment for them to learn self defence. They come home after a session wanting to carry on with what they have learnt. This keeps them off their phones somewhat which is good for their development
