PeepSleep & Cavill Avenue Luxury Private Apartments

We just got back from a week at cavill apartments. Level 40 and it was absolutely beautiful. Adrienne was an absolutely amazing manager. The room was modern & clean. The beautiful sunset views made my our holiday. And the amenities in the hotel were awesome. We will be back very soon. Adrienne Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Adrienne has been an awesome host over our Gold Coast holiday! They helped us check in very early and were super nice and kind throughout the trip. They were very responsive for any questions we had as well!Thanks a lot guys

The service from Peep Sleep was the best. We booked and then a medical appointment came up so they allowed us to move the booking forward a day. The key pick up was so easy, the apartment was very clean, centrally located and the view was sensational.

We chose Peepsleep accommodation to celebrate a Birthday in Surfers.The service was absolutely awesome!The apartment was so roomy and beautifully furnished. It was comfortable and in such a fantastic location. Easy access to a supermarket, bottle shop and heaps of great food outlets, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in.The price was really reasonable.The view was stunning!!!

We stayed with peepsleep luxury private apartments on the 13th floor of circle on cavil from the 13-3-2021 till 21-3-2021. The apartment was beautiful with everything a family of 5 needed. Not to mention the views of the canals and views over the beach. When it came time to leave on the 21-3 we found out our roads home the pacific highway had been closed to floods. I messaged Adrienne the property manager and informed her what had happen to my amazement this woman went out of her way to insure that we could stay on for a extra 2 days and to top it of on day of departure she messaged and made sure it was safe for us to travel home and offered us to stay on longer if needed. To say we are amazed with Adrienne and PeepSleep would be a understatement. Thank you so much again Adrienne we will definitely be back.

Me and my family live in Victoria. After a long 12+ months in and out of harsh lockdowns I booked flights and 4 night stay in the Gold Coast June 2021 for a much needed escape. Unfortunately two days before we were meant to leave Melbourne went into another strict lockdown. I notified Adrienne that we couldn’t come anymore and how sad we were and she didn’t quite believe me. Said she would have to contact QLD health to make sure we couldn’t come. (Airline already cancelled our flights). I ask Adrienne if we could please have a refund to help with living expenses while we were out of work again. Multiple phone calls and emails later, in desperation of our refund to help ends meet. She offered for us to rebook her accommodation in the next 12 months. Which is impossible for us in Melbourne to book anything considering we spend every second week in lockdown. And have no idea when borders will open. I even offered for her to keep a portion of our money as a cancellation fee, as we were in desperate need. No reply now for months I’ve sent multiple multiple emails. I’m so upset, in a time like this, you’d think we’d help each other out. DO NOT recommend.

With everything going on in this world at the moment we decided it was best to not go on a holiday. The staff on the phone told us we couldn’t even get a credit note as we would of happily gone back to these appartments when we rebooked our flights to the goldcoast. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all in this situation! we would not be going back! And they also told us that we would just lose The $900.

Stunning apartment - well equipped with everything we needed, and Adrianna was so helpful and accommodating! Central location close to everything. Second bedroom is a curtained off area but was functioned fine. Would definitely re-book for our next trip.
