If you must go to this Servo for any reason make sure you keep an eye on the old guy that works there. He is a thief pure and simple.He has a scam going where he distracts you just as you are swiping your card by asking if you want a doughnut. While you are distracted he puts a different amount in.I bought 70 dollars worth of petrol and I noticed just before i swiped that he had entered $118.00 in stead of $70. He then makes out he has just charged the wrong pump. Go there at your own risk.

Worst customer service,was asking the old man with glasses where a tap was to fill the bucket up to wash my windscreen,wasn't saying anything just using figure gestures,very rude and went to pay and he's playing a movie on FULL BLAST,couldn't even hear him,poor poor customer service.

The water in the buckets to wash your windscreen is filthy black water with birds feathers in iThe grounds dirty with rubbishy all over the place .The man working there has absolutely no customer service abilities.I will be taking my complaint further …..never again needs to be closed down health hazard

This guy (owner) is a con artist. I poured fuel in my vehicle, grabbed 2x $1 coffees plus a donut which he overcharged me on also. The total came to $103.45 which was odd as i made a mental note that my fuel was around $93 plus $4.50 for the other items. I asked for a reciept. He started chatting with me & shoved 2 extra donuts in the bag. I then requested a reciept again which he then issued me one. As i walked to my car i noticed that he had charged me $3 each for two $1 coffees plus the donut, so around $6 all up he had overcharged me. I walked back into the store & before i said anything he said something like, sorry

the old man with glasses who works there always wearing beanie is just disgusting. keep in eyes before paying your bills cuz he always is charging you more and when you catch him he offers you a donut for the mistake. he does this and in the end of the day is making dirty money.

As a Local Shire member, this 7/11 was alright service. The cashier gave me a dirty look while I was filling up my Slurpee and this kids looking at Magazines they shouldn't have been looking at. The donuts were not filled and I could not find the one I wanted but it might have just been a stock issue that day. It was alright just not the best.

I would be very careful coming to this 7/11. This isn't the first time where the older man with glasses and a beanie (owner) tries to rip you off. He will try and distract you with offering you an old donut and when you ask for your receipt he gets annoyed. Yesterday he tried to tell me he accidentally put the wrong pump through the register but there was no other car putting petrol which I found odd. I have also seen him try to rip off small kids when they buy ice creams or any other thing he sells, which he has been pulled up on by their parents who are outside. Clearly from the reviews I am not the only one he does this to and this must be stopped!

This 711 is the only place on my way to work to grab a coffee. The Old Man who looks to be the owner of the shop as per reviews is the worst person to stay in customer service or any business. He makes people wait to fill their cars and make them wait inside the shop as well while he is watching movies.There was a price discrepancy in one of the item I bought and he denied it and was not accepting his mistake. I showed him the ticket and he was willing to return my money but I did not bother as I was running late for work.Just like others,I agree that his franchise should be withdrawn.

I purchased 3 bottles of drink. 1x Pump = $4.60 1x Nutrient Water = $4.00 1x Cocobella = $4 Total = $12.60. I gave him $15 he was supposed to return back $2.40 he gave back $0.50 and offered me a donut. What he didn’t know was I had it all on camera. I recorded it because I was suspicious the last few times he offered me a donut. It’s not the money it’s the principle. Watch out peeps …

Another review for the owner ripping kids off, scammed my young fella out of gold coins by loading him up with 5c and 10c pieces to confuse him. Not the first time I’ve had to pull him up for over charging my pump. Cancels the sale when using fuel lock then charges you the full amount. Go a couple 100 metres down the road to BP where the service and friendliness is much better.
