I had a good memory with Moffat when I changed the 4 burner + grill to 6 burners a few years ago. However, this time made me really disappointed.I called to Moffat customer service to ask repair service booking of deep fryer. Reporting was made last Tuesday early morning. The staff told me that our service team will contact you soon. Please wait. Then I received the message Service call 4367617 has been lodged with Moffat. Our service team will contact you ASAP."I believed the message and I called them again because of no contact in the afternoon. The staff told me the same message. Please wait for the service team contact.I felt something wrong. Next morning

In response to Moffat regarding the ventilation issue, what about the installation in 2nd shop. You guys did the installation and again few months the machine was not working, but again Moffat blamed the company and charged.0 stars for this company. Shop 1 Bought ice machine 3 months ago and water started leaking. Called Moffat, technician came and blamed we installed it incorrectly. Sent us $200 bill. We referred this to our builder. Back and forth emails going on for a month. Finally Moffat agreed it was their fault. Shop 2 again had issue with ice machine where a part fell down. Called Moffat, technician came billed us $220 for technician coming out and take photo. Another bill came for $700 to fix and clean. Again they blamed us that due to no service done, the part fell off and this will be not covered under warranty. Seriously stay away from this company.

Terrible bought washtech glass washer just over a year ago for around 2.5k new it started leaking just out of warranty so called the techs out apparently it needed a new rinse tank the cost over $1200 ! I paid and had it installed it was running for a further 4 months then the same thing happened started leaking called the techs they said no problem they will fix it I was assuming at no charge as it had only been a few months, but no they charged me another $1200! outrages called them up to explain but was told we can only warrant parts for 3 months.. it was obviously installed wrong in the first place or just poor quality. I use all moffat products and explained this on the phone but to no avail. Apparently they can't wave a magic wand and make $1200 disappear... but they sure know how to make customers disappear I will never by another moffat product ever stick with eswood roband. washtech is poor quality and they are just out to sting you when they inevitably need to fix their shoddy merchandise. so far spent $5000 on a tiny glass washer not even 2 years old outrages

Useless company! . Don’t get anything from them , our oven has broken down and we contacted them for a repair, all you get is they telling you the job has been allocated . Someone will contact you ! But nothing happens after phone call and phone calls !!!!

Never again.Bought a brand new Moffat oven and once installed the power kept tripping.Turned out it was a factory problem as the cables in the back of the oven had been switched making the oven overheating.A Moffat person noted that the workers at the factory must have put the unit together on a Monday morning certainly still intoxicated from the night before.I did ask them if they could a least cover the call out fee (160 dollars) out of the extra cost I had incurred from my electrician bill.Their response:We have further reviewed your request. Whilst we understand your situation at that time

***IF YOU WANT TO GET INTO TROUBLE - ORDER with MOFFAT ***. Please stay away from Moffat and be aware, they take the order from you and then order it with their vendor(With your order money) and then purely its upto their vendor(back in China or New Zealand wherever) when you finally get the produc delivered. I Ordered a wok on 10th June and still awaiting for the delivery. Mid June they promised it to be delivered by 29th July(Mind you here its July) and when 29th July arrived, the date is updated to 2months in september with no guarantee of arrival. No surprise september comes and they may move the delivery date for another 2 months. So now I have no option but to wait and see my luck if I get it. And worst part is the customer support guy is so adamant to provide clear information of the shipment and says contact the nisbets where I placed my order. And then nisbets asks to check with Moffat playing a blame games.
