Was never shown a colour chart or even shown my hair on completion with the mirror, last straw was being charged 25Cents for card payment, as if the cost of $135 was not enough for only a colour and trim.

My little son had haircut couple of days ago. We are happy with haircut and service was nice.You good with the children that's why 3 stars but very disapointed with the price. Charging not even 2 years old with the same price like aduld men haircut. I used many times different places for children's haircut and usually they have for free under 2 or just $10. Even for older children is cheaper. My father in law had his haircut in same place in same time and got the same price like 1 year old boy. This is not accetable and ridiculous!

Jaz is a fabulous hairdresser....not long been at Mode after relocating from Sydney. I would thoroughly recommend her....great with doing colouring with a different twist if asked... Walked out so happy with cut also...First time in over 2 years of living in Qld I've had a great experience! Thank you Jaz

Asked for short back and sides and got told to go to the barber next door, so here I am waiting 40 minutes for a 15 minute hair cut while Mode has 2 of 3 staff standing around having a chat.

My little boy HATES having his hair cut and will usually be crying and miserable. Julia at this store is absolutely amazing and always has him smiling and enjoying himself within minutes. The added bonus is that she always does an amazing job too! She doesn't stop cutting until it looks perfect and that is a lot more then I can say for other hairdressers I have taken my child to. Absolutely beautiful girl that makes a daunting experience so much easier!!

I popped in last minute wanting my hair braided and Cat was amazing! squeezed me in and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back

Elise and the staff are amazing, talented and professional.I've been having my hair styled since 2017.

Lovely dedicated staff but can't cut my kids hair as professionally as other hairdressers I've been to. They hacked at my 3 years olds hair as he sat still and hacked at my 1 and a half year olds hair as he couldn't quite sit still.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at Mode Hairdressing Bribie Island!!!My poor mum grew her hair out for months to get a new style-cut only to be sent home with a botched cut! Mum could not make her hair look good no matter how hard she tried so she went to a different salon for help. And here they showed her with a mirror that Mode had “thinned out” her beautiful thick hair in the back of her head (where she couldn’t see) in patches to the scalp leaving spikey regrowth!!!!To fix it, the new salon had to fully re-style her hair forcing her to go super short losing her beautiful long hair :(.There are obviously untrained and sloppy workers hired at Mode! STAY FAR AWAY!
