I don’t know how this place is still in business. I sent my injector pump down to them to get a o ring replaced, then they tell me it needs rebuilding. Lie to me for 3 weeks saying they are waiting on parts, but as it turns out nobody knew what they were doing so they sent the pump back to me fully stripped in pieces. Turned a $3000 pump into scrap metal. They even said I’d need to pay the strip and quote fee of $200. Do not trust these guys bunch of monkeys. Wouldn’t trust them to service a lawnmower. Is there an option for 0 star rating?

Picking up the parts for a friend but service seemed to be good.

Couldn’t even organise a part from a local company, 30 mins away over 3 days, ended up having to do myself,So they lost a sale, didn’t careNever again

Really bad service,no one in parts seems to want to take responsibility for their mistakes. As a small business owner I would be ashamed if I treated my customers like MTQ do, save your time and money and go elsewhere

Whatever you do don't buy one of the sonic turbo beanies this company sells. Unless of course you like your race car to be on fire. Mine literally lasted 1 run up legends of the lakes hillclimb and caught on fire. Their warranty was absolutely rubbish. Apparently the car didn't have enough airflow around the turbo. No the car has a massive bonnet scoop but regardless no car has airflow when it's stationary. Next call is to the ombudsman. I really don't think these Muppets realise just how many Facebook groups I will share photos and my story with. All over a product they sold that's not fit for purpose that was $200.I wish I could give no stars.

Hi Had issues with my MN Triton, Took it to MTQ on advice through PG Automotive. Guys diagnosed the issue and repaired it. runs really good , fuel economy is great more power. Really happy with service and communication really friendly.

Terrible service.I originally took my car in to have an assessment as I had a warning light. After dropping the car off they did not communicate with me I rang and they said it needed a new pipe, with the investigation and new pipe I paid $700 apx. I picked up the car and the warning light was still on and I was advised I needed a new turbo & also a new engine mount.Quote for the engine mount was $500 part and a couple of hours labour and would be done in half a day. I said yes lets do that, I had to contact them to find out when the part had arrived they did communicate. I dropped the car off around 3 pm I rang to se if the car was ready to be told no we are having trouble so it wont be done today. I was like so when they said a day or two. After 2 more days I rang as I had not heard from them. In that phone call they said they had broken a hose that they were waiting on, they said another day. I rang two days later to be told it was ready to be collected.I go to collect the car and the bill is $950 the part was only $200 not $500 and instead they made up the cost in labour cost.After spending the $1600 my original car light was still on and the problem not resolved. I have since taken it to another workshop who did an hour overview, and they have provided me a report on the faults with the car and a list of repairs. My car is older and it is not worth me spending the money on it.MTQ did repairs that at the end of the day if they had done correct analysis of my car as originally requested I would not have spent the money on my car. They wasted my money, my time and not once rang and communicated with me I had to ring every time for an update on the car.NEVER use this company they are terrible
