Very expensive lately. I was looking for workpants and they were priced at the same price as buying new from a department store like Kmart or Big W. Staff were not very friendly, they had decided to close earlier than the sign started and staff were very rude trying to get people to leave - one was ringing a bell and another actually turned to myself and another customer and said why don't you just leave. A little sign on the door saying they were closing early would have been friendlier.A real pity as I used to shop here quite a lot when I lived in the area and had always found it pleasant and decently priced.

The prices in this particular Vinnies are SO disappointing and ridiculous. I pop in every now and again when I have an appointment nearby but i'm truly not going to bother anymore. You guys need to have a discussion around pricing on the majority of your wares - homewares and clothing. Just because someone donated something 'nice' does not mean you should be selling it on for a similar price. $60 for an old Gorman jumper? $50 for a basic china vase that can be picked up at other op shops for $5.... no thanks

A little pricey and the quality of the items isn't as good as others in the area in my opinion. Still has a fair range and a decent op shop.

Very overpriced. I thought they were here to help people not rip them off. Most of the non clothing items you could buy brand new for what they were charging.Very small store.

Great medium sized Vinnie's. Staff are friendly. Store is well laid out and easy to browse. No furniture. Great book and linen sections. Pedestrian entrance on Brookfield Rd. Pedestrian and car park entrance in Princeton St. Donation bins are inside the store and also in the car park.

Lovely staff particularly on Monday. Please don't make it like a retail shop as some other have done! People shop in thrift shops for a different experience. The shoppers I know are dissapointed with a lot of shops becoming more expensive than average retail shops. Thank you for your efforts.

Kenmore Vinnies is very well stocked in clothing and books both in terms of the quality (regularly see high end consumer brands on the racks for clothing and best sellers for books) as well as variety and quantity. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and ready to help. Additionally, I believe stock is regularly replaced at intervals with focuses on the particular season, as I rarely see the same item in between weeks, making each visit exciting. The only (very small) negative" I would say is the common occurrence of a scattered pile of kids toys on the floor in the kid's toy section
