Glen and Denise applied protection to our Couches and various other fabric and leather furnishings. They were lovely people and their main focus was to understand what we needed and then go ahead to get the job done efficiently and properly. I will use Jumbuck cleaning again.

I was recommended Jumbuck by a carpet supplier as we had specific carpet staining that needed to be rectified. Everyone I dealt with at Jumbuck was highly professional and customer focussed, from my first discussion with Glen to Georgia who arranged the visit and Marty and team that undertook the work. From our experience there are many carpet cleaners with limited experience/ability, but Glen and his team had detailed knowledge and provided a solution based on our type of carpet and the specific problem.

We have recently gotten our 3 seater sofa steam cleaned and the team were super professional and knowledgeable. They were really friendly also.We sent off our rug to be cleaned at their warehouse facility. Although it took a little longer than expected to get our rug back, it is so clean, fluffy and bright now. The service has been fantastic overall and I will definitely be using them again when I need to get my sofa and rugs cleaned.

Amazing results on my King Furniture sofa after a teenage party! The upholstery looks fantastic. The guys worked so hard on it, and were really lovely. Great goodie bag too, with products to spot clean in future. Would recommend them to anyone.
