Can’t recommend highly enough. My bestie and did Bake Clubs Winter Pies and Tarts course at Milkhaus and it was amazing!! Incredible value for money, we made so many recipes and came away with a whole lot of goodies.

Had a fabulous time doing the Bread Baking workshop online. Anneka is an excellent teacher, explains things very well, and supplies notes that I could read when I needed to catch up after rolling out the dough. I've done Anneka's cake making courses in the past, and her courses have been great.

We absolutely loved Anneka's Winter pies and tarts class at MilkHAUS. A delightful group of people and wonderful food - plus the added bonus of lots of tea and coffee and a drop of wine with lunch. We learnt so much from Anneka - so many great tips, advice and ideas. We will definitely do a course again and thoroughly recommend it.

I've undertaken quite a few of the online courses with Bake Club, and was then fortunate enough this year to join an in-person class with Anneka - Celebration Cakes. This exceeded my expectations. Anneka was fantastic in class, and i've come away feeling more confident in my baking again. Can't wait to do more!

I recently did Anneka's online Bread 101 course. I have been making bread every week for about a year but I still came away from the course feeling like I have a much better understanding of the process. I also learnt plenty of new tricks so I can continue to play around in pursuit of the perfect loaf! The recipes provided with the course were a wonderful bonus. I have already booked into my next online course and hopefully one day I will be able to do one in person.

A very polished and convivial baking course, leaving you with renewed confidence and enthusiasm. The setting, in the grounds, gardens and engaging hospitality of the venue, the iconic south coast restaurant MilkHaus, was the value plus part of the day. Cake, coffees, lunch, wine, gossip - and some baking too.

Anneka is amazing very well organised from start to finish and very very professional at what she does. I’ve really enjoyed interactions with her and other students as we all try to learn how to bake properly. Her notes are easy to follow. Her classes are fun, lots and lots of infos. And she’s followed up with everyone even after classes finished to see how you go. Highly recommended! Thank you Anneka

I have been lucky enough to participate in two of Anneka’s wonderful classes, The science of baking and more recently, an online zoom puff pastry class. Anneka is a wealth of knowledge, and I always come away from the classes filled with so much inspiration and the confidence to go ahead with new-found techniques. I highly recommend any of her classes.
