Plasdene Glass-Pak

Tried to take more money out of acount then what was quoted with out letting me no only rang when payment for the extra didn't go to them then problems getting a refund of what i ordered still no proof of them doing a refund and no response refund was requested on the 12th of march 2020

Went to Plasdene on Friday after driving nearly 2hrs in traffic to get there to find the shop is closed indefinitely. There was no sign on the door and nothing on the website. Rang them the previous week nothing was mentioned about the shop not open. Ask a staff member that was outside why the door wasn't open - response was just ring them and they will let you in. Rang to be told the shop is shut indefinitely if I had placed an order couldn't be picked up until Tuesday. In the time that I was there two other cars pulled up. Rang Cospak in Wantirna Sth no problems there with being open collect goods on the day. Guess where I will be going in future NOT Plasdene. Lift your game Plasdene update your website and inform customers of what is going on when they call. No happy ex-customer. No recommendation from me - extremely poor customer service.

Very bad customer service, there are no professionals in there all of them work very slow for 2 boxes we waited a whole 2 hours there was nobody else other than us so I wouldn’t assume they were busy please fix your customer service

Have used this business for a number of years and am fed up with the rude and obnoxious service our team receives each time we place an order. Time to find a new and more accommodating business.

No problems at all with the product or pricing, but beware if you have any issues, as the customer service is abysmal.I ordered some jars that were shipped in three boxes. Two boxes arrived, marked 2/3 and 3/3; the third box was missing.I emailed customer service to let them know that one box had not arrived, asking when I could expect to receive it. Their first response was a suggestion that I open the boxes and count what was there (as if I wouldn't have already done this before contacting them). I had also already told them about the markings on the boxes, which made it very clear that there should have been three of them. So it was an unhelpful response that suggested my initial email had not even been read properly before a reply was shot off. After my second email saying that yes, I had counted the jars, and yes, there was definitely a box missing, they told me that they would check with the warehouse and get back to me.I never heard from the customer service officer again, but a few days later someone I didn't know contacted me via Facebook Messenger saying that a large box addressed to me had been delivered in error to a medical centre. I collected the shipment myself (I had paid freight for it to be delivered to my address) and emailed the customer service officer as a courtesy, to advise what had happened.I received no response whatsoever. No 'thanks for letting us know', let alone an apology at any stage of the correspondence. Appalling service and incredibly rude. I won't be ordering from them again.
