I’m an Osteopath and have always been picky with mattresses. I prefer innerspring mattresses. The springs provide the support and although the pillow top/foam does provide some support, it’s more for comfort.A few months ago I purchased the Sealy Crown Jewel Elegance. I purchased plush. Which is a 4 out of 5 for comfort/softness.I generally like medium to soft mattresses, not super soft.Initially I wasn’t particularly taken with the mattress. It felt firmer than I thought it would be. I remembered the person in David Jones saying it would take a few months for the pillow top to soften and become accustomed to my wife and I.The more time goes on, the more comfortable it’s become. Now it feels soft and comfortable but still very supportive. It doesn’t feel like I’m sinking into a super soft cloud. It feels like I’m floating comfortably over a very supportive mattress.It is an expensive purchases. However when you consider you spend a 1/3 of your life in bed, I’d rather spend a lot on a mattress than a car (which I’ll only spend a fraction of the time in).This mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I highly recommend! With one caveat, give it some time when you first purchase it. You’ll grow to love it over a few months!

Recently purchased a sealy posturepedic. The service and knowledge of the staff was exceptional. they didn't need to do a hard sell as the product spoke for itself.Once we decided want we wanted the bed came very quickly.Now after a few weeks. What an investment to our sleep my partner suffers from a bad back and having the right support has helped getting a better sleep.if your thinking of getting a bed Sealy is worth it.We also purchased their base with draws to give us more space for storage.

My Sealy mattress is by far the most comfortable mattress I've slept on. We also bought one for the guest bedroom and have only had positive feedback since. My mother-in-law, who has back issues, stayed with us for 2 months and experienced no back pain during her stay.

We are in the market for a new split king base and mattress and after visiting a few retailers we needed some further product info from Sealy - rang and was put through to thier concerge section where I left a message to call me back. Next day they returned my call (bit surprised), but a very knowledable and helpful Jayden provided me with all the info I needed plus more - once we purchase I feel a bit more confident that if needed, Sealy will offer customer support - thanks Jayden.

I received a very funny phone call today, I had sent a message to Sealy saying that the mattress we had bought looks like have needles on it. It's very uncomfortable, something that we paid a very expensive amount. And the solution they gave to me was to pay more $460 to them so they can put some more layers of comfort in my horrible mattress so it will do what it should be doing already for the almost $2000 we paid for. SEALY NEVER AGAIN. GIVE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM OTHER BRANCH.

Have had a sealy mattress for 9.5 years, and it's been sagging terribly. Contacted the customer service and they asked for photos. Understandably it needs to be professionally cleaned. The Customer service rep advised fine print states 3cm dents plus it needs to be boxed and sent back to look at. At Customers cost. Surely under warranty sealy should send a new one and pick up the old one and do the the checks then? In the mean time having to buy another mattress while old mattress is under warranty weather 6 months or 9.5 years old isn't the best business practice

Worst mattress I have ever slept on. I would not recommend this brand they are cheap and nasty. I had 2 of these Mattresses sent to me faulty and they will not refund me. Very poor beds and very poor customer care. Don’t get trapped

I would like to give 5 stars to the staff at Wacol customer service.I recently had to help an elderly friend who had lost his remote for adjustable Sealy bed base. The staff went above and beyond in their response and provided a replacement which was available same day for collection or express post. Each person I spoke to was helpful understanding and efficient which is apart from their great beds.
