The staff at sarina russo are very supportive and I am especially grateful for there help. They have helped me out a lot with finding a job, costs, gaining skills, and they are even gonna help out with me getting a car license.

Celia from Sarina Russo Stones Corner was awesome. She submitted me for jobs that I felt confident in and had the skills/experience. Actually, after one job seeker meeting she got me an interview in the city. One week later I got the job - yew! Her positive go getter attitude and willingness to help out with professional work attire was an extra confidence boost. If you have a great attitude and continue to put yourself out there and apply, you’ll get a job. Great support, would recommend.

1. Asked SR to find me 3 employees. I gave all the required details. No response or follow up.2. Assigned a business mentor through SR. They had at least 80 Mentees to 1 mentor. I.e. No time for any real mentoring.3. Attended an online business training course through SR. More than 150+ participants to one facilitator. When asked, SR would not provide success rates of their program. I.e. How many businesses still in operation 1 year after their training.Conclusion - SR uses government funding as a cash cow while not delivering the services it is paid to deliver. Complete sham.

only care about ticking boxes to get them selves paid, made finding a job harder, noone answers my calls, and they say they try to contact me and never do just send a missed phone appointment message then ignore calls, ask for a different provider if you can

Update: About to start work Monday, Iram Khan has been absolutely fantastic. Great at keeping up your motivation, knows the systems inside and out, friendly and has promised to keep in touch for the foreseeable future.Initially I thought this was going to be another JobSearch partner fail, considering that I had three consultants leave, but on my fourth consultant, I struck pay dirt. Whilst not many of their openings were suitable for me (as I have a back injury, so long standing periods and too much physical labour kills me), they were able to keep my motivation up and tell me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. Folks... You have to make the effort, you only get out of it what you put in. Currently I have been accepted into a call centre roll, just waiting to start. Keep your chin up guys.

When I first joined Sarina Russo I was homeless, SR and centrelink made me lie on all official documents pretending to have an address, informing me I could not recieve a payment without an address. This was designed to augment homelessness statistics at a federal level.I have recieved no assistance at all and my worker doesn't have even an elementary understanding of my skillset and is unequiped to find me work.Many times I leave my appointment being told everything is in order, only to have a participation failure applied regardless.Once I was marked as not showing up within 40 min of my appointment when I was 10 minutes late.When I call to reschedule an appointment they tell me it's okay and then apply a failure and make no note of the call.I wrote a short negative review online. Instead of helping me, I spent an entire appointment being berated about leaving a negative review online until I agreed to transfer provider. Emily then told me that I was not able to place the true reason for transferring in the appropriate section or other providers would all refuse me.

By far the worst job service provider I have ever been apart of which changes today I ditch these hags that need drug testing off there heads

Hilariously, their website tells you to AVOID LYING to prospective employers. However, in person they basically bully you into 'filling the gaps', nice way to term flat out lies. Good luck building relationships with these people, you'll have alot of lies to remember.
