One of the worst aged care centre my grandfather was treated very bad by the nurses he would press the buzzer over 8 times at night and no nurse will come and help him after 1 month they asked him to leave how disgraceful how they treat old sick people and there meals are not warm won’t recommend it to no one the nurse will yell at him at night time tell him to sleep when he was in pain not only that the day they asked him to leave they charged him $536 for medication for 4 weeks and he is a pensioner and brought all his medication with him from home and when he Leeft we asked them for his medication he brought in they don’t no we’re they put them so they charged us $536 this a joke I will be taking action against bupa

All meals are barely warm.Basic meals, often inappropriate for seniors (e.g. fat sausages and frozen veg for lunch), are served, and collected within half an hour.Those who have not finished miss out. Patients needing prompting don't get it unless relatives are watching.Occupational therapy is a joke.Ive seen the therapist wheel 7 patients a few metres from their usually spot looking into an enclosed courtyard, to a table where they then had to watch her make greeting cards. They had nothing to allow them to join inMy mother was sitting alone at a table nearby.When I asked her why she wasn't joining in, she replied What do we need to make cards for ?No effort was made to engage her in anything else."

Bupa Yagoona, I wish I could book myself in here now. This place is sensational. Staff are amazing. Really feels like a 6 star hotel.

My Mother has been a resident of Bupa Aged Care, Bankstown for a number of years. We could not have asked for a better facility for Mum to reside in. The place is always immaculate, the staff are very friendly, and show great love for all of the residents. Reception staff are always pleasant and make you feel very welcome. ALL staff show a great dedication to their jobs, and should all be applauded. It would be an extremely difficult job for many reasons, but they ALL go about their business with great professionalism. We, as a family, would highly recommend this facility for any family considering care for a loved one.
