I contacted Sam to quote on installing an nbn approved internal conduit to enable the installation of FTTP at my home, a CAT6 wall plug and cable from proposed NTD location to the study and to clean up a number of Ethernet cables that were untidy. This included running a conduit inside my wall and through the roof space from the lead in conduit to a suitable location, installing the Ethernet wall plate and running additional CAT 6 cable through to my study. He also installed additional conduit to run 3 Ethernet cables neatly down from the roof to the ground floor and through to the study.Sam was on time, quoted me on the spot and I didn’t bother to arrange any additional quotes as his was well within my expected budget. So much so that I accepted on the spot and he immediately got to work.He even helped me move storage items in the attic to make sure the work was done with a professional finish including helping me out it all back after completing the work.Delighted with the finished result and the nbn tech who arrived a few days later to install my FTTP had no issues with the install as Sam had roped the cable run and labelled the end points.Admittedly the work took longer than expected and we had to make adjustments on the way due to supporting beams and brickwork in place but he kept communicating with me clearly at all times including any potential changes to costs.5 star job with a very happy customer. My garage has never looked nearer.
