Jo is incredible! I've been training with her for almost a year now and have seen drastic improvements in both physical and mental health. She is extremely supportive; always checking in with me and encouraging me to push myself. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Best gym EVER! I’ve been to multiple gyms and exercise classes before finding Studio Sweat by Jo and I can honestly say that I’ve never felt more accepted, motivated and inspired!! She has created such a special community of women. Jo is an incredible women who makes me feel confident, strong and empowered while exercising - love you Jo! Jo is an amazing trainer. She caters to everyone's needs and limitations, she challenges me to push myself and lift heavier safely and she provides helpful advice in nutrition, wellbeing, gratitude and mental health. Love this gym!

It’s challenging to put into words what Jo has contributed to my life over the past year and a half. She has assisted me in finding a balance between exercise and nutrition that I had previously had a slightly misconstrued perception on, but most importantly she exudes the importance of overall health and well-being and the fact that this comes in so many different forms. She has fantastic attention to detail and technique, and a genuine investment in meeting all of our individual goals regardless of their size. Through times of injury she is mindful of alterations that may be required and monitors closely how we feel, but also knows when we can dig that little bit deeper and provides that third party push when it is needed. It is so satisfying to progress and exceed personal expectations, and this is made possible by the trusting relationship jo has developed with me, where I know she would never encourage me to do something I am not capable of doing so safely.Aside from everything, Jo welcomed me with open arms from day one, and I feel so lucky to not only call her my trainer, but also my friend.Thank you for everything!

I absolutely love Studio Sweat and highly recommend Jo's group sessions, as well as her as a PT! She's so warm and welcoming, and I really love her focus on and knowledge in women's health, particularly how we can train in line with our cycles. Jo has a great read on everyone, knowing when to push you and educating you to listen to your body. You won't regret coming here!

Jo is professional, organised and very knowledgeable. I have had major surgery to one of my hips and was very nervous/reluctant to start weight training again. I had an initial consultation with Jo, in which we thoroughly discussed medical history, diet and general fitness. She made me feel safe, positive and would adapt exercises to suit a range of needs. I would highly recommend Jo as a PT or to join her fun fitness group sessions.

Training with Jo has absolutely changed my approach to exercise and especially weight training. She runs the classes in a professional and organised way, you can tell she knows what she's doing and is more focused on you getting the right form and not injuring yourself than simply how much you can lift (which I've found is rare for PTs). She's encouraging and will challenge you to get the best results. Couldn't recommend Jo more!

I have trained on and off at Studio Sweat for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about the space, environment and experience with Jo. She offers an incredible knowledge, understanding to every individuals needs and wants no matter the age and has created such a safe space to train. A complete judgement free, stress less/ sweat more approach, which I love!There is an amazing sense of community in all of her classes and I always leave her gym feeling refreshed, energised and recharged.Couldn't recommend Studio Sweat enough whether it be for one on one or group sessions, both I have done and loved.
