Citi Nails & Beauty in Marion

I had Christy (who told me has only been working for a month) and she did an amazing job on my nails tonight. My nails have never looked this wonderful before! Will definitely come again.

I had a full set of sns done and by far the worse sns I've ever had. The lady was so rough with my nails, she was even filing my skin. My nails are all lumpy and just don't look good unless you're looking from a far. And to make things worse the customer service was terrible. She didn't talk to me, only asked me about what shape and colour I wanted. She definitely didn't want to be there. I felt very rushed. It's been nearly a week since having my nails done and a couple of them have been hurting the entire time. I'm honestly scared about how my real nails are gonna look when I get these removed. I won't be back and I definitely won't be recommending

I have been attending Citi Nails for many years and have always received impeccable customer service. The staff I have seen have been very professional and always willing to listen if you have any concerns. Although I have seen a few different staff over the years I have great respect for Sandi, Ana and Tina ….

Absolutely in love with my nails! From the customer service to the attention paid to each and every detail, I am beyond amazed. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. I got so many compliments on my nails! Highly recommend this store. I will definitely be back soon.

Won't be recommending! The woman was twisting my fingers so hard they hurt. She only asked me what shape and colour I wanted then only spoke to co workers in their native language. I felt she was rushing the whole time and when I went to pay I passed over a full loyalty card to which she just snatched and said we don't use anymore ". Will be going back to someone else next time."

First 2 times saw Tu & was happy. Yesterday I had someone different to fill my acrylics & paint them. IT WAS DREADFUL!Took an hour & at the end the nails were uneven, shellac average with gaps above the nails, bleeding cuticles & she carved into my thumb acrylic with the grinder & had to replace, then charged me for the replacement.I waited til she was away from the counter & went back in & complained. Her colleague offered to straighten up the tips so they matched but that was it. ONLY GO TO TU or don't bother

Not happy with quality. My toenails are messy and when I got home and had a proper look some of them are only partially painted.I was told I had to get fake nails because I wanted a couple with nail art. I asked her to do them short and I was told that if I wanted short nails I should’ve done something else and when I told her that her colleague told me I needed fake nails for what I wanted she replied with “oh”. My left hand nails are much bulkier than the right. And piled up under the nail itself which I had to ask her to fix. She told me it was because I wanted short nails. My other hand was fine though. After painting and setting the nails she filed them again and filed some of the clear off making that nail look all scratched on top. I asked her to fix it and she went to file more. The nail art is very poor and that’s even after I asked her to fix it. After so many asks to fix things I couldn’t be bothered anymore so just paid and left.My nails were very sore after it too.
