Marco serviced and repaired my much loved 10 year old Saeco Syntia machine. When the grinder stopped working I thought I would have to buy a new machine. It was fixed quickly and returned sparkling clean and looking like a new machine.He is a honest guy and will tell you if your machine is worth fixing or if you need to buy a new one.

Marco offers a wonderful service. He is firstly a very nice guy, then he is so knowledgeable, has access to parts for old machines and services them on time at very good rates. I cannot recommend him enough! I have taken my machine to him at Fremantle (Hamilton Hill) but he also comes to you.

The breakdown of the coffee machine created an 'emergency' at our home. A few frantic calls n searches later we decided on Marco. Everything to get the machine over to Hamilton Hill took precedence that morning, with Marco advising it would take up to 2 weeks to get the 4-year-old up n running (he counted off several other machines on the bench awaiting his attention).Well, Marco under promised and over delivered! I got a call from him a week later, n arrived to find the machine not only repaired but also looking as new!!! He also gave me a quick 2 min update on the various coffee beans what goes into making a great cup of coffee. The guy knows his coffee!I hope never to see Marco again, but if the need arises, who do you think we'd call? The Coffee Machine Doctor, of course!KC Yong

Marco didn't fix my coffee machine but gave great advice and was super friendly. If ever get a coffee machine that fits within his service remit I will be definitely be calling him if it needs repairing. This is not a bad review at all, far from it. It's not his fault I chose a stoopid coffee machine brand!

What an amazing service. Marco is the nicest man and will go out of his way to assist with fixing your machine as quickly and promptly as he can. He diagnosed my machine issue within minutes and it was repaired in the same day all for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend this business.
