Wow - I am amazed when I picked up the beautiful arrangement. I called to order over the phone, and when i got there in 10 minutes, at closing time, the arrangement was ready for pickup at the door. Great service and value ! Thank you Yen and the team!

Yes they do have a whole variety of nice things but I don't like their service.... or their attitude towards the customers. Like, I know I gave you a hard time just because I wanted a lot of things but you didn't have to shout at me and tell me that I should be sorry when I felt like taking that sorry back. That was very rude. Also , that was very yucky what you did with the ribbon, putting it in your mouth like that. Have you heard of a corona virus (a deadly disease) I mean my goodness. (Shakes my head). I will be returning all those things and if you don't do returns, I'm going to make a complaint. What you guys did to me today was so disgusting and so unprofessional. I'm not trying to be rude but this is business, you are not suppose to do all those silly things you did. You were suppose to help me out as a customers. How disappointing. I highly don't recommend this place.

Great florist. Lady was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. She was more than happy to help me until I was satisfied. Also reasonable pricing. Would recommend.
