I didn't end up buying a car from these guys but I wanted to make a point of coming back to write a good review. The lads here were extremely helpful, they weren't pushy or over enthusiastic. They gave my wife and i room to talk and discuss the vehicle. They let me take the car for a decent test drive and were very pleasant and professional. I wish all car dealers were as friendly and straight forward as Laurie and his team.

The guys at Eastern Carzone we’re extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I purchased a Ford Ranger which had a couple of minor issues that were fixed within a week, no questions asked. Great service, thanks again Jarrod and Laurie.

Great and friendly service. We used Eastern Carzone to buy a Mitsubishi Excess Campervan to drive up the east coast, it was a great deal and came with a year warranty. Laurie and Jarrod were really helpful throughout the whole process, and we are now travelling with confidence! Thanks for the help guys!

I saw the car online and visited on a wet Sunday morning.Jarrod was still helpful despite we rocked up last minute without a booking (he was about to close up too).He was still very helpful and straight forward about the details of the car.No sales talk involved and accepted our request of a discount.Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with the team at Eastern Carzone. It was our first time buying pre-owned from a dealer and they were very helpful through the entire process. We had a small warranty issue come up a few weeks post purchase, which was resolved immediately - very impressive. Thanks again guys we love the car!

My thanks to the Carzone people. My brother (diagnosed with dementia and does not have a valid license) bought a car from them last week after we, (his family) took his old car away. I cut his license up at the time but he must have glued it back together.When we returned the new car to Carzone and explained the situation they gave us a FULL REFUND. They were entitled to keep a 1% fee but chose not to.Clearly these are good people to do business with.
