Served by Monique. Did not make me feel like I wasn't the 'right'' shape for bathers. Offered lots of bathers to try on. Very helpful and lovely lady. Would highly recommend this shop

I’ve never written a review before but the service received today was second to none. I had something specific in mind, the girls went and collected the options and gave constructive feedback, heard my concerns and adapted the outfit to suit. I left feeling confident to wear swimwear for the first time in a long time. Thankyou!

I rang and asked if they had an item. They said yes, I said great I’ll come to get it. Drove 40minutes to get there and they had sold it on me. Terrible service!

Outstanding genuine old fashioned " customer service. I recommend anyone to visit this shop. I felt completely out of my comfort zone and self conscious and embarrassed.. Thursday 1/12/22The lady at the store ( I wish I knew your name ) was simply wonderful. So understanding. Completely made me feel at ease.I left with a lovely pair of bathers

Great customer service. I always find bather shopping difficult due to my uncommon size, but the staff at Beachpool showed me every available option and were genuinely helpful. Very happy with my purchase!

Found 2 pair of perfect bathers,3 dresses and 2 pair of pants...prices are not high...the service was fantastic.
