The agents demanded requirements that were outside even her experience but she found a workable solution in no time and clearly has an efficient and reliable network of people to consult when things don't follow a standard procedure. I thought Aly went out of her way to communicate with me and understand my parameters and I really appreciated her talking to me and updating me during the auction, when I was in transit in Dubai.
