I've ordered twice from here, once with super fast shipping and more recently shipping took 3 weeks -- but I think this has more to do with Australia Post than the store itself. Lovely range of products.

Wow what an amazing shop. I love shopping here. I was in store recently and the young girl serving me was so friendly and helpful she really went above and beyond.I have purchased gifts many times for my grandchildren. My 3 yr old grandson gives his tool kits hell banging away repairing things, that aren't broken, lol, but the tools still look like new, excellent quality products. Well done ladies.

Disappointed as I usually prefer to support small business but the customer service has been disgusting. The items they sell are also very overpriced and much cheaper online or even direct. We purchased the tender leaf general store for $230 before realising you can buy anywhere else for $170. Lady was misleading and advised she would throw in extra veggies as we just assumed they came with it. Well they don’t come with it and she didn’t throw any in. Also purchased the trybike for $250 - you can find this anywhere else for between $150- $190. When we followed up as to what happened with the veggies lady was extremely rude. Generally I’d be happy to pay a little extra for small business and great customer service but not here, shop elsewhere and save yourself a couple hundred dollars.

It's a amazing store. Always great value, great style & great products. Have to keep the wife away and never let them go along....

My favourite place to shop, wouldn’t go anywhere else and there staff are amazing xx
