I have dealt with Richard and the team at Watson and Watson for the last 9 years in relation to litigation proceedings that I originally commenced using a different law firm. I reached out to Richard to have a look over my case as I was not happy with the way it was being run. After speaking with him I found that my concerns were valid and hence got him to take over my case. I could not be happier with the result winning both in the Supreme Court, and a future appeal by the defendants as well as dealing with other issues in relation to the defendants declaring bankruptcy. After 4 years I finally received the amount awarded to me by the Supreme Court and there is no doubt that this would not have been possible without the team at Watson and Watson. Richard does not mess around and tells you all of the information and provides his advice so that you can make an informed decision. Richard and his staff took the time to speak with me when needed and they have the highest professional standards and I trust them completely. Our company was in the middle of a litigation case with a ruthless liquidator looking for somebody to pay their bills. The liquidator came out of the woodwork 6 years after the fact which meant we were not prepared and needed to visit our archives to gather data to clear the situation.Richard saved us a lot of hassle, time and money and was instrumental in limiting the negotiations and clearing the situation swift and fast.We were impressed with Richards forwardness and honestly in the way he painted a picture and advised on all scenarios in layman terms.Highly recommended.

Initially my experience with this law firm was ok however there was a change in solicitors and mistakes were made costing me time and money. The law firm stopped returning calls and replying to emails. In the end I was dissatisfied with the overall service. I would not recommend this law firm.
