The staff don't price match even though there is a company wide policy. If you're going to buy pet supplies at full price then support real local businesses like absoluterawpetfood. If you want cost effective pet supplies go to petbarn.

Well-stocked store with amazing staff. I have a cat with additional needs and the staff have always provided helpful advice, brainstorming solutions to various issues with me, and offer to order-in items that they don't have there currently. Truly a great circle of people.

I love all pet shops but this one would be my favourite. Wheelchair friendly in and around the store. Friendly service. More than willing to help you in any way.
