Impossible parking for drop off. Check in service was great and really friendly. And after service pick up with tech was kinda rude and left a bad impression. Would not recommend to be honest.

Had windscreen replaced today by Jackson. He was very professional and communicated well both before on the phone and during the install. He briefly explained the procedure and time required and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommended. He even left me some spare tape on the back of my toll tag so I could reinstall as I desired.

RACQ replaced my windscreen with calibration, it took 4 hours. Next time it rained my wipers didn't work. I phoned them and was told as I live in Ormeau they couldn't come to me so I had to go back to them. Apparently the wiper blade bolts weren't tightened. Not happy, check everything's working before you return the vehicle. Apart from anything else it's a safety issue.

Thank you for fixing my car window. I called to make an appointment, only waited a day, and then you guys fixed it in 40 minutes.In the end, I want to say that the law in Brisbane really needs to be strengthened, and those teenagers nowadays are really lawless.

A very efficient process to replace my windscreen from beginning to end. Price quoted was very reasonable compared to others and a mobile technician was able to come out within a few days. Jarmo arrived promptly within the allocated time and completed the job quickly.

Great service & price - nasty chip in the windscreen, called them whilst on the road, came in on the way home and windscreen fixed with 30 minutes.

Over the phone and on arrival I was told the car would be ready in 30mins, came back 45mins later and they hadn't even started on the repair yet! So make sure you have plenty of time for your windscreen repair.
