Made a booking early in the day for later afternoon, obviously they take more bookings than they can cope for as quite a few people (who also had bookings) waiting for some time… I booked for a Spa Pedicure- they just trimmed my nails and started applying polish- I asked aren’t you doing a pedicure as that’s what I booked for - they replied no, and just continued. Won’t return.

Best place to get your nails done. One of the longest standing businesses in Rye, lovely staff who are always friendly. Their standard polish lasts for ages, and their pedicures are the best. I’ve gone to other nail places in Rye over a decade and this shop wins hands down. Thank you team

Dao did a great job on my SNS manicure and shellac pedicure. Coming from the city, I’ve had multiple bad experiences in the area and it’s great to finally find someone who I can trust.Highly recommend if you are fussy about quality. Honoured my appointment time and didn’t cattle heard people threw the door.
