Aqua Hand Car Wash & Detailing

I don’t leave many reviews but I am so upset with the service. Left the car in the morning, asked for interior to be cleaned (pet hairs removed and spill marks to be cleaned on the driver seat). The guy said it will take atleast half a day, and I left it for the entire day. Came back and inspected. It seemed like nothing was done. When questioned one of the staffs, he was rude and said “if you want pet hairs to be removed 100%, we can’t do that and you should buy a new cover” if that was the case you should have been upfront about it in the morning, I wouldn’t have left my car there. The guy expected us to pay and be on our way. He then ask us to come back the next day which is an huge inconvenience for me. Also when we got home we notice that there was a small dent to the car which wasn’t there initially. Worse place ever and I’ve learnt my lesson. Definitely will not be back and others should know this happened to me. Lost money and nothing was done. I’ll just think it’s my badluck and got scammed.

I ordered my partner vouchers online for Christmas to have his Ute washed and vacuumed (and a few extras), worth $180. When we arrived we were told we can only use one voucher per day and we had driven 3 hours from the country. Luckily they accommodated us on the day. They said they would do the premium deluxe wash with the extras we wanted but it was still a bit unclear what exactly they included in the price we paid since it was not a typical ‘service’ - we were very hurriedly told what they would do and we asked to remove certain stains and wipe out glove box etc. Stains were not fully removed and console and glove box were not wiped clean even when we asked again after checking over.. it was all done very quickly but not sure if we would return.

Had my car cleaned yesterday, very pleased with the way my car was cleaned both inside & out.Unfortunately a bottle of auto oil left in the boot, was left out of the car.I tried to ring the company but they would not answer the phone or answer my me via email for them to explain it was there for me to pick up, very frustrating, I apologise for accusing them of stealing it.I am grateful for him informing me it is there but a personal phone call or email would have been more appreciated.I will pick it up next Monday when I am in Adelaide.

Extraordinarily expensive for what was presented to me in the end.It took 2 hours for the bare minimum.Smudges and finger marks were all over the windows and side of the car after it had been washed & dried.I asked for the console & gear stick to be thoroughly cleaned and when the car was returned to me it still has my coffee drops on it from this morning!The facility has a sign inside that reads instead of complaining

My girlfriend is a regular customer of this place and she recommended me to give it a try, and I should definitely say that they did a fantastic job. My car was so dirty and they cleaned it both from inside as well as outside. Seat shampooing was also really good. My car feels like the brand new again, thanks to the owner.. he's a nice guy! Love taking my car here! They pay extra attention to detail, and the staff are super friendly! The manager makes you feel very welcomed, which makes the wait time more comfortable :)

Got my car fully detailed after I purchased it. Ran fine for about 2 months. Then it breaks down and the mechanic tells me there's water that's been sitting stagnant in various parts of the engine bay and corroded a bunch of my ignition parts. He had absolutely no idea how water could have gotten in there. But I do. These jokers power washed my engine bay and filled half the mechanics with water. To date, I've paid over $660 plus in replacement parts and labour costs to fix their power washing screw up. Emailed the detailers about it, no response. D bags.

I am using this carwash for more than a year. They are always great in service. I am always happy and the price worth it. The workers are good and competent.I used to try different places every week but they never gave me the attention that I ask. In Aqua they REALLY clean the interior properly.It worth the drive to meet.Xx

I really appreciated the effort the Aqua hand car wash put in to making my car look its very best. Its the little things that can make a big difference in a person's life and to find the door and boot trims wiped clean made a big impression. Without saying the whole car looked very clean and shiny. The interior also took on a new clean shiny appearance. A big thank you for making my leather seat great again! Money well spent. Customer service was excellent☕️. Attitude very friendly and helpful. Would be recommending to friends and families in the community.I’m looking forward to seeing you guys next time!
