Good clinics make money while looking after patients. This clinic just wanted to hustle and finish with you so they can make the best profit with their sessions. Plus, amateur staff + lousy doctors.

I cannot thank Dr Lin enough, his diagnosis is always spot on and the two minor surgeries he has performed on me were both successful and helpful. He is absolutely professional and experienced, I would always trust his diagnosis. He runs late sometimes but that’s because he sees a lot of patients everyday and it’s totally understandable.

As you can see from the previous reviews, many complaints about the receptionists. I definitely agree with them. I tried to make an appointment, the middle age female receptionist was very rude and had bad manners. She didn’t want to help but instead, made everything difficult, she was a hard dealing person and finally she handed up the phone in the middle of my inquiry. Dr Lin was very friendly but I wonder why he doesn’t employ the right staff.

I don't think I`ll ever go to this medical centre again. With an appointment, we still waited for 40 mins. What's the point of having appointments and patients need to wait for a long time to see the doctor? We have to wait whenever we come to see the doctor.

A doctor recommended by many people, this doctor is too confident and arrogant, unwilling to listen to you, rushing to see the next patient, not careful, no impatient, no better than a doctor who is using Google.

Probably the worst medical centre I’ve been to in my life. Waited an hour for my appointment, gave up and left. This place just wants to squeeze as many people in as possible with not enough doctors. All for profit.Don’t bother going here

As soon as I came in only had to wait 2 minutes max even without a booking and was a new customer. The doctor was very friendly and when I required a blood test even they were about to close he quickly offered to do it. 2 words fast and efficient thank you.

It's been 30 minutes since my appointment time and I am still waiting. Before me, doctor gave consulting to not booked people. It's really disappointing. If you have too much time to spend then you should visit this clinic.
