Poor quality finishing and not properly treated product as we had termites burrow out of our product.Customer service was atrocious due to:* long delays receiving our goods* high turnover of staff meant i had to continually chase them up* management spoke over the top of me* completely wiped their hands of any remedyTheir solution was for me to re-treat and patch up the holes.Disregard any rebuttal from the business, they had a chance to rectify the issue, they would rather shift blame and responsibly.

I bought a glass coffee table from Innovatec through livingstyles. 19 months after purchase, the table exploded in a shower of glass shards. Why? I have no idea. The table was kept indoors, not in the sunlight, never held anything heavy (just paperwork), and wasn’t moved (this happened overnight). Innovatec refuses to refund, since they claim they sold many of these tables and didn’t have problems. However, this is actually a well-known problem with glass tables (search “shattered glass table” – I wish I had prior to buying one!!!). If you’re buying a glass table from Innovatec, beware!Added 21 May: As you can see from the owners' response below, they seem more concerned to make irrelevant excuses, rather than to address the fact that their product exploded for *no reason at all.* They don't stand behind the quality and safety of what they make - that speaks volumes.

Great product selection and service. My wife did not like my choice yet innovatec were very helpful and understanding so they exchange the product with no fuss. They made a special order for us, we are very very happy with our furniture. Highly recommended a great business to deal

STAY AWAY !!!!!!POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AT IT'S BEST.I bought an Executive Desk off another company who sells these guys products for $ 1200.00.The desk would not assemble properly and all the timber started cracking when you went to screw it tight. The Table top was not even painted underneath and they pride themselves on selling up market furniture. The only market that this furniture belongs is Trash & treasure Market.The Pre drilled holes did not line up and I explained this to them and I was pretty much called an Idiot . I use power tools everyday for my work andknow how to put a flat pack together but they still thought that I was doing it wrong.So they said they would send out an Installer to come and assemble it but I would Have to pay a fee because they don't usually send anybody out because its to far to travel. They are in Dingley Village and I am in Derrimut just over the WEST GATE 30 min drive. After the installer came out and spent 3 hours here trying to put it together and couldn't because he was having the same problems I was they still were denying that there was anything wrong.2 Days later the manager calls me and tells me that he will try and find a solution and his solution was just to replace the table top and when asked about why it's not painted underneath his response was that no tables come painted underneath WHAT A JOKE !The next day the same Installer came back with a new table top and legs which had clearly already been assembled before because you could see the pre rilled holes had been made bigger. After all that the table was still not sitting properly and I can not move it otherwise the screws will pull away. Also it comes with a little side lockable draw. I could find better quality on gumtree. The draws locks on one side but when you pull the handle the other side opens and you can stick you whole hand in there.I Understand things come from China but these guys are selling poor quality at Ridiculous prices.This company is an absolute JOKE!!!!!!!!

Purchased portable shower cubicle" in Jan 2014. The unit has been used 4 or 5 times at most since installation in the guest bathroom. It leaked slightly from under the base during those times

Disgusting customer service..I ordered a desk through my Interior designer, it arrived damaged, it took Innovatec 6 weeks to get a courier out to pick it up, wouldn't you think they would swap it over straight away for a new 1? Ahh but No They made me wait another 4 weeks while they repaired the desk. Well it arrived today and guess what, It is more damaged now then it was previously! Innovatec I will be letting everyone know about your shonky service. I am lucky my design company is refunding me my money. I only hope they can get a refund from your horrible company..If I could rate you on a minus I would, Absolutely Disgusted..I'm actually thinking of going to Fair Trading, the desk should have been replaced for new straight away.Scabby Company,Stay away customers Update 8/2/19..Hilarious Innovatec has only just replies to my review, 2+ yrs later..Customers this sums up their customer service and care factor..Again STAY AWAY from this company.. Nice furniture at the affordable price. Showroom is stylish and staff is helpful. Will definitely come back! Recommended!

Stay as far away from these guys as possible.Same crooked company with many different names. But same pattern of delivering damaged furniture and then making you pay for expensive couriers if you want it replaced.
