My car ended up here as part of an insurance claim, right on the cusp of covid-19 ramping up. Lisa was amazing about keeping me up to date and when she figured out how stressed I was about getting rid of the hire car and picking up my car sorted it so that my life was so much easier. In a week that was super stressful for many reasons, she removed a LOT of stress.My car was returned fixed, clean and I am so impressed with the work and service.

Seems to be a one-man-band operation, which in this case isn't a bad thing. Price was excellent (about 20% cheaper than a couple of other quotes) as was workmanship. Lost a star as they don't have Eftpos facilities, though at least I was informed before arriving to pay.

Called up to ask if they could replace a part for me, the guy who answered the phone just hung up without answering my question.If they can't do the job, better to just let the customers know instead of being rude.Got kinder service & recommendations from other bodyworks over the phone elsewhere.
