Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I feel forced to go here because they’re one of the few licensed to stock a specific medication I need. But their staff are poorly trained, processes are unclear, they update my phone number and address in the system every time but it never seems to stick. I’ve been texted that they have my medication in stock only to be sent away when I arrive because they literally can’t find it. Yesterday a staff member called me to take a payment for a specific product over the phone, and also charged me for something they themselves had specified I’d need to pay for in-store on arrival. Like, what?! It eludes me how these people are still in business.Edit: in response to the owner’s reply, I want to clarify that these issues have happened over a period of several months. That they’ve not been documented only speaks to my point.

Over priced

Owner of the pharmacy should stick to their day job instead of scaring elderly customers with his self-interested scare campaign pedalling misinformation against the government’s plan to make prescriptions more affordable during a cost of living crisis. Shameful.

Love this pharmacy. The staff are great in terms of advice and friendliness. They make everything easy as possible by holding onto repeat scripts and allowing you to just text or email for repeats. And the new renos look amazing!

Absolutely fantastic service. The pharmacist tried to save me money by altering the flavour of my babies exisiting medicine, and when he still wouldn't take it, they are going to make a special formula for us. Nothing was too much trouble which is so refreshing up see!!We will definitely be repeat customers!Thank you
