This was a brilliant yoga retreat in a unique place, with superb teaching from Lucy.If the opportunity comes again don't miss out.To practise yoga in front of 8000m high mountains is truly awesome, and offers a very different perspective. Plus to be with a host family that is so very warm and welcoming, self sufficient, and where we were welcome to stay for as long as needed, was very, very special. Also great food and a yoga shala with a lovely atmosphere, with trekking opportunities before or after the retreat.
