I have ordered many many items from Amazon Australia and I have never had an issue. Items arrive when specified and communication is great. The Amazon app is really simple to use and you can track your package easily on the app. Item comes as described and delivered by a friendly courier.

A bit hard to find the entrance and when you do it's sparse/clinical/concrete/unpleasant. Once in the door there are security doors and grills and behind those you can see a group of confused looking security people who don't seem used to accepting visitors. Not really what i expected from one of the largest companies on the planet. An interesting and strange experience.

Great modern facilities. Great gate Security, very helpful, polite and cooperative.Driver's lounge was great too! Clean and inviting, with complimentary coffee and cold water, and clean bathroom

I ordered an $800 battery 2 months ago on 10th April. It still has not arrived. There is no phone number to contact anyone, only an email address to which my 8 emails have been completely ignored!I have no product and cannot get a refund or speak to anyone. Completely sub standard! I wouldn't even give a 1 star.Do not purchase products from LifeP04!
