Sally is awesome and I love the classes. In fact I find it fun, creative and relaxing with a bit of banter between us. I really look forward to my weekly classes and highly recommend Creative Mosaics. If you've been thinking about learning how to do mosaics - just do it!

Shop seemed to have great ideas and was well stocked with supplies. However, I had read on the website ‘Our classes are ongoing with flexible attendance so mosey on in and meet our experienced and helpful staff’. This apparently means - don’t just mosey in for a class even though it’s written on the classes page which makes no mention of bookings being essential. Having someone explain that to me in a friendly and welcoming way would be no problem - I’d have just booked for another day. What I did receive was a facial expression which suggested I’d just shot the Pope! A completely unwelcoming and rude vibe. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Cute little business, lots of interesting bits for creating your mosaics...glass, ready made ceramic pieces, small tiles etc etc. Owner is very helpful. Marmot (lightweight) board available too. Recommend visiting.

Love going to Sally's classes. Sallys really helpful and great atmosphere. Very helpful and patient. Would highly recommend anyone to take the classes.

Lovely shopfront, great range of supplies. Be aware that block booked classes are not refundable except via store credit and classes can be difficult to get into. This is not made clear at the time of booking.

Despite the great variety of tiles and accessories, staff offered a cold reception, were unwelcoming and showed poor people skills. I was questioned on my purchase in an unsavory manner, I would not recommend to other Mosaic enthusiasts.

My wife came home after visiting this store and was shocked by the lack of even basic customer service principles and the continual eye rolling when asked a question. Don’t bother.
