Great place to visit the community market once a month. Sample coffee roastery serves great coffee and brunch/lunch. Great shop selling recycled stuff as well. Lots of other greats initiatives around.

Precinct 75 has a mix of all sorts of trendy offerings, from custom made tee's to small batch hand roasted coffee. There's also a custom cocktail shop and a company specialising in all wood designs of pretty much anything you need. I bought a large coffee from sample coffee roasters" and it was like a warm hug from a long lost friend in a cup

Best precinct in the inner west! It has everything from axe throwing, to a craft brewery, homewares, fashion and even a gorgeous florist. They also have regular artist markets.

You can get great coffee here at Sample Coffee Roasters and great beer at Willie rhe Boatman Brewery and Mary St Gin.❤.

Don't buy from Design Twins - fraudulent company - cannot get my order shipped, no one will answer the phone. Have had to resort to the Department of Fair Trading - check out google reviews before you purchase from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This Beer hall had great selection of beers and comfy places to sit. Its pet friendly too.Have had a few great afternoons here.

The worst building management and customer service imaginable. Numerous issues with concrete cancer, plumbing and structurally unsound buildings. I always enjoyed walking through the complex when it was raining to see everyone running around with buckets trying to catch water from their leaking roofs. A poor excuse for a professional working environment... Disgraceful.
