I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service I received from Pack & Send Eltham. The service was outstanding and the customer service from Michael was fantastic. My packages were picked up in Melbourne and delivered the next day to Sydney. My faith in couriers has been restored. For quality service I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Pack & Send Eltham were easy to work with and did a beautiful job packing some 100- year-old timber hallway fretwork for transport from Melbourne to Sydney. This was an eBay purchase and it was easy to organise Pack & Send to pick up from the vendor's location, and the items arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I've used Pack & Send Eltham a few times now for both national and international parcels. I've also needed help with packing once and they were extremely helpful. The international parcel was held up for a couple of weeks in the destination country because of COVID issues, but the national parcels arrived very soon after posting - one arriving the next day even though I hadn't selected an express service. Overall a trustworthy, professional and friendly service that I recommend.

Last week, I had to send an urgent item from Melbourne to New Zealand. I searched and contacted Direct Couriers, FedEx and another one to be told it would be 2-3 business days, and cost somewhere between $80-120.I phoned Pack and Send Eltham and Michael and Janine could not have been lovelier. I booked it all online, and just had to drop my item over. They even printed the documents for me as I had no power that day.But the best thing - it arrived in the recipients hands not even 24 hours after I'd dropped it off! Unbelievable! So, cheaper, faster, and friendlier. Absolutely will use them again. Thanks Michael and Janine!

I'm not a reviewer, usually. Went to Pack & Send Eltham (Bundoora) with a small, but heavy, consignment - a motorcycle engine - to go up to a customer in Sydney. The manager at P&S, Michael, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. As for the shipment, dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and it was with my customer the next day. Amazing. Customer was over the moon. Thanks guys.

My company send parcels national and locally and they are generally required urgently. Michael and his staff provide a cost efficient and no nonsense service. I get tracability on where my parcels are via email so I can provide trouble free information to my clients. I would recommend their reliable service against some in the industry that fail to deliver.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Not only did Michael help me out with my printouts and parcels, we had a nice little chat about books and literature, India, travel and faith! Michael at Eltham pack and send is awesome!! Great help. He assisted me in organising a large parcel all the way from New Zealand to Perth WA. He went above and beyond leaving the talking out of my hands and communicating with New Zealand directly and making sure the items were packed properly. Although i am from Perth and his office is in Melbourne he made the process extremely smooth and quick. I will now use him for Australia and worldwide couriering. Michael is super super friendly. Keep up the great work guys!

Friendly, very helpful team that find the best way to pack and send items, so I don't need to pack them myself and then work out a suitable price. Best not to be in a rush, so the team there can take the time needed to do their job. Helpful with fragile item going overseas.
