Property type: Condo ApartmentThis company works most likely with subcontracters and takes a considerably long time to get a person on site (approx. 6 months after the inspection)The warranty we got for our roof repair of about $24000~ (2017) had a warranty of 5 years but since they take such a long time to get the repairs done, that warranty gets used up.They cause further damages to our roof which was initially just a whole repair to prevent leaking but the workers damaged tiles, which caused leaks that weren't there in the beginning to happen. This in turn causes more cost to repairs and the nasty cycle continues.Overall, you get what you pay for and this company has sparse reviews online which is telling. Do not consider these guys and if they didn't do subcontractors, it may have been better quality of service.
