I ordered these with the anticipated wait time displayed on their site to be around a month for custom orders (which is already reasonable) and I had them delivered within a week! I ordered 100+ wooden names and the quality for the price is amazing!! They packed it up so fast the freshly laser cut timber smell was captured in the box. I cannot wait to put these out for my wedding next month!!

Ordered wooden names for my wedding first lot arrived and were absolutely perfect! Ordered another lot as there were a few names I had missed (ordered a year later - SAME FONT & SIZING might i add) only to receive the product and be a lot smaller than the first.Emailed twice - no response, phoned and spoke to some rude guy in which he informed me his font set up was changed, which now makes it smaller (and to be told it's only a few mm's different) yes It's a little smaller but next to the larger ones does look odd and it's for my wedding.Nothing was resolved or offered to correct. Will be taking my complaint further. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
