My bag is 10 months old and covered by the Chanel warranty. I was informed this morning that this means Chanel will fix my bag, but they cannot guarantee that I will get it back within 4 weeks. It may take longer than that. I asked to speak with the manager of the store and was told that she was unavailable all day and I could either agree to the repair or come back tomorrow. Disgraceful service to deal with a poorly manufactured product.

the value of product is excellent, but the service of chanel is extremely terrified, horrible, and even scared. overall terrible! Even their goods are extremely expensive compared to other luxurious goods because of brand reputation! but the service and staff in Australia are rubbish . We, customers of chanel, are not normal as others. you have to respect your customer highly. Please train all chanel staff about what appropriate manners and etiquette are. You guys have to learn this manner from chanel boutique in Korea and Japan for sure. What a shambles!

A very disappointing experience trying to shop for Chanel items at DJs in Burwood. The nail polish colour I wanted wasn't in stock, neither was the eye liner and then after an interminable wait whilst Chanel staff didn't know what they were doing or where the samples were I chose a different shade. I then asked for the hand cream that was displayed on the counter and was immediately told it was out of stock. This is ridiculous, it is not worth being a loyal customer when product is constantly changed and equally hopeless when all three items that I went to purchase were not available.

A sample of their new range was offered on the official website and I am pleasantly surprised by it's quality.Well packaged and delivered with tracking, the sample itself was nicely presented.As such I intend to purchase the serum at their Beauty boutique when I'm next in Melbourne.

What is wrong with the staff in this place. I keep reading all the reviews and there head off can’t see what people are saying about them and fix it !!! They don’t even smile at u when u walk in. They think they too good for people. But guess what if u are that good you would not be in sales. Bondi is great and DJ level 7 for shoes are great too.

Calling Chanel is the bain of my existence. As an EA I talk to tonnes of sales reps and client services staff and these guys can't even hold a product and it takes 20 mins for them to simply ask a shop if they have something in stock. Initially she had checked the system and said that it was available and then after calling the shop found out that it wasn't. Why isn't your system up to date and live especially given that customer's can't call the individual shop you have to go through the client services staff.

Chanel Sydney office and the Pitt St and Castlereagh St Sydney store are so rude and totally unprofessional. Happy to name the employees if any Chanel Manager is interested. But I guess not - no wonder Chanel has so many 1 star reviews. Not recommended. Does Chanel international Head Office know what's going?
