Ordered pizza 6:41 and received confirmation email ready in 15mins. Arrived 7pm. Its 7:14 and just got pizza without even an apology. The store seems to be all over place. Heard a guy telling software wasn't on, lots dockets and people waiting. Not happy

Absolutely love their supreme and pepperoni pizza! They load it up with toppings, it is always fresh and quite tasty. This place has become my new go to pizza takeout place on Uber Eats! Highly recommend! Thank you Crust Pizza Mortdale.Note: there are other crust locations, that I have personally tried and they have been quite skimpy on the toppings.

I tend to make ordering pizza from crust mortdale a habit since my kids were 3-4 years old. Years later, we’re still enjoying the great taste, great service, and exceptional value for money. Very delicious pizzas arrived. Ordered via Uber Eats and haven't been let down. Hats off to the people making these pizzas because they are well crafted.I mean, we practically live next to a decent pizza place, but we order from these guys who are 2 suburbs away, so that's saying something.

Ordered a number of pizzas from this place and one was a custom buffalo mozzarella pizza and this was the garbage we received. I called the store and complained. They offered a replacement pizza but we didn’t want one as we had already sat down for my sons birthday dinner and asked for a refund. They said it would take 2 weeks but after 2 weeks still nothing. Crust pizzas are terrible. First and last time I order from them. Contacted the crust customer service and they said nothing they can do as it’s a franchise. Great brand management. I’m surprised with pizzas like this they are still open for business. Plenty of others places around the area. Don’t waste your money at crust.

I order the same thing every Friday just about and only 50% of the time it’s right. There is a difference between the margarita and the 1889. I will even ask for extra buffalo mozzarella to try and make it a bit more obvious I don’t want a plain margarita. Please please please check orders I look forward to pizza night and not getting the right pizza sucks.

Absolutely 10/10 God tier pizza, the best I've ever had no joke or exaggeration.Always consistent with plentiful fresh ingredients, efficient and never had an issue been ordering for some time now.You can tell the staff really care about what they're doing, and I respect the heck out of that.Keep up the good work guys!

I received disgustingly poor quality pizzas and the delivery driver did not even just let me know it arrived they just dropped it on my front porch and left without a word. half the toppings were gone and the dough was complete raw. Never order from this place I beg you
