Very impressed with Warrigal Blinds. I chose them because they have a good reputation. Price was competitive. Very professional from showroom, to measuring and installation. We got a combo of plantation shutters and veri-shades. I highly recommend using this company.

We have used Warrigal Blinds on multiple occasions and each time have been delighted with the wonderful service, quality & stress free process. I have has Warrigal Blinds fit plantation shutters and external canvas blinds to my home in Kangaroo Valley. Their work is beautiful and their customer service is exceptional. I had placed an order just before Christmas for the final sets of windows that needed shutters and paid the 50% deposit. And then on Saturday 4 January '20, bush fire ripped through my property and destroyed my home. Clearly I wasn't going to need the new shutters and I let the team at Warrigal know. Their response was compassionate and caring and they happily refunded my 50% deposit of over $5,000. At a time when the insurance assessors have not yet been, the return of this money means I can start to replace a few basics. I am so so grateful for the people at Warrigal for the way they handled this. When I rebuild, they will be the people that supply and install new shutters. If you want a company that has integrity, compassion, customer care and quality as just some of their values, look no further than the team at Warrigal Blinds and Security. Rob

The worst company I've ever dealt with. 20 weeks after paying deposit, our dual roller blinds are finally finished. 6 out of 10 windows were done in a different fabric. When finally re-made, 3 were on wrong size rollers. Then 1 was made too long. Customer service was appalling. Only time we ever found out what was happening is when we rang them. Then got excuse after excuse. A very disappointing and frustrating experience. We will never be using them again nor recommending them to anyone.Happy to say, after posting this review, we had the manager come to our home to discuss these issues. He was very apologetic and took note of these issues and will be implementing strategies to hopefully prevent them happening to others. Faith has been restored with thanks.

Have ordered a few times (security doors and shutters) through Warrigal Blinds and have had great service each time along with good prices.It's good to see a local company has friendly, easy going, polite staff on the phone and the gentleman that has installed our security doors and shutters has been friendly, tidy and polite. I don't usually write reviews but I am so angry with Warrigal Blinds I don't wish the experience we have had with them on anyone. We have had nothing but bad service since installing 13 roller shutters. From the start some of the motors failed within weeks and we spent many months living in caves because we were unable to raise them. The company aknowledged the motors were inferior and replaced them eventually. We have had less than 12 months this time without problem and now we are back to living in a cave with 3 more failing (2 new ones). We have one that has rusted so badly it will probably fall off before Warrigal replace it. We have had excuse after excuse from Warrigal, none of which are valid. We have been asking since Febuary (now end of May) to have the broken shutters and motor replaced (at our expense) and a quote was not prepared until a day ago. I understand the company has just changed hands but the new owners are no better. The quality of the shutter motors is poor and after sales service is non existant. We have never been more frustrated with a company. The stress of dealing with Warrigal over the past 3 years is not worth it. We will chalk this up as a very expensive mistake and go with a differnet company. I will make it sure I tell anyone looking for roller shutters to steer well clear of Warrigal blinds. I would be very happy to discuss this with management but they have never bothered to return calls.

I do not recommend this company!!!!I had my front door sized up for a security screen door 3 weeks before Christmas. I was told to pay the whole payment so that it can be installed before Christmas and that their warehouse can make it before they close for the holidays. Installation was on the 9/12/2022. The guy came before Christmas to install it and realised it didn't fit and said that the measurement on the paper is correct, but the warehouse had made an error. I was okay that they had made a mistake and was patient enough to wait. The next guy came to install the door the next month and didn't seem to know how a door closes. I've called Warrigal Blinds 4 or 5 times to come rectify their mistake. 5th time the lucky charm my door is fixed, and summer is basically over.They are quick to take your money but not quick enough to fix the problem that they have made. I have another door that needs a screen door, but I will find another company to do that. I highly do not recommend this company unless you like excuses.
