Feet First Footwear

My physiotherapist recommended On footwear and Tim assisted in selecting the correct styles for my requirements. His patience and attitude were excellent- it’s always a pleasure to shop here!

We went in during the 1st day of our stay in Noosa as I'd spotted some cute sandals that I liked in brands I'd never seen before (Pikolinos). David (who I assumed was one of the owners) greeted us in a friendly fashion and said I was welcome to try on anything. Slipped on a couple of the display models and whilst they were super comfy and cute, didn't end up buying that day as wanted to see what else was around.Went back the last day of our holiday (Boxing day) and was pretty much ignored when I walked in whilst David extended the customary friendly greeting to others that came in the same time as me. I asked to try on the sandals I was interested in my size and he didn't seem enthused, initially said he didn't have my size in one of them and I had to ask several times if I could still try the other side of the pair in the ones available in my size, not just the display model. Then he gave me a pair of the sandals and just walked away, didn't offer any customer service (which I thought for footwear that RRP for $200 you would at least offer). I went up to the counter to help myself to the other pair I had asked to try on and he told me I had to take the ones I had on off and return to him before he could give me another pair. Strange policy.After trying the 2nd pair on, I was undecided on the colour and wanted to ask if it came in other colours but he was serving someone else so I tried to check on my phone if there were other colours. He immediately came back to me and said if you're going to do online shopping

I decided to buy a pair of Birkenstocks from this shop recently, during lockdown. I reached out over instagram to see if I could swing by the shop to pick up if I paid online. Sue was really responsive on instagram, and even dropped them off at my house for me! Excellent customer service and I am very happy with my new shoes. Thank you

I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks from feet first footwear. Tania helped us while in store, she was really lovely and helped me fit the sandals. She even offered to make extra holes in the leather. Great purchase experience!

5 star service and a fabulous range to match! I live in Brisbane yet prefer to drop in here during my occasional stays in Noosa. I’ve been shopping here for the last 7 years! Always something new! I particularly like their range of Ecco shoes and have bought the occasional Sketchers here too! Very patient, always happy to accomodate by ordering in anything and to arrange shipping direct to my home in Brisbane anytime. So good!

Great experience with the owner David and the team at Feet First Footwear. Loved the range, my wife and I bought 3 pairs of shoes from them, they're soo comfortable. They didnt have my size at first so they ordered it in, followed up and we even got hooked up with some points on their inhouse loyalty program :).

Me and two friends went in and felt like pests. I clearly wanted to buy a pair of birks and was asking questions about the styles and their stock etc which I felt were met with not interested in being helpful responses. My friend also wanted to buy a pair and felt ignored. Asked if the ones i tried on were the right size and wasn’t offered another size to try on. Overall we both ended up buying a pair and I am now worried mine are two small. Disappointing customer service for the money paid.
